Here you have the possibility to calculate the apparent power, the voltage and the current
of e.g., three-phase motors.

S = U x I x √3
Apparent Power: S
Voltage: V
Current: I
Please fill all mandatory inputs.

For Example:

A 400 volt three-phase motor has a rated current of 129.9 amps.
What is the apparent power resulting from these specifications?

S = V x I x √3
S = 400V x 129.9A x √3
S = 90kVA

Measuring Units:

Apparent power   S = Kilovolt ampere [KVA]
Voltage                 V = Volt [V]
Current                  I = Ampere [A]
√3 or 1.732                 no measuring unit
